At least one newspaper has money to burn. The Zimbabwean may be the world's most relevant paper; it definitely has the best ad campaign.
The billboard below (made of real Zimbabwean money, which includes a trillion-dollar note) was part of the paper's "Fight the Regime" campaign, by TBWA\Hunt\Lascaris Johannesburg, that won the Outdoor Grand Prix at the Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival.
